Assemblyman Steve Knight

The Phelan Pinon Hills Chamber of Commerce mixer sponsored by the Friends of the Library was a huge success. Held last Thursday (October 8th 2009), guests were invited to tour the new Phelan Memorial Library and share in refreshments.

After the mixer many attendees worked their way to the back of the library where Assemblyman Steve Knight held a community town hall meeting. The audience asked question concerning Snowline School District budget cuts and road projects.

The mixer will begin at 4 pm and will last until 6 pm. The library is behind the post office. The address is 9898 Clovis Road. Right after the mixer Assemblyman Steve Knight will host a community “Town Hall” meeting.
