The joint Phelan and Pinon Hills installation Dinner was held January 12th at the Pinon Hills Community Center. The Pinon Hills Chamber hosted the dinner this year.
Alex Brandon was host / MC and the Pinon Middle School Band led by Mr. Chandler provided the entertainment. Alex provided a great comedy while keeping the flow going.
