David Numer and his son brought animals to the last Pinon Hills Chamber meeting. Numer, the Superintendent of the Devil’s Punchbowl in Pearblossom, did not have time to speak about earthquakes and the local faults so he will be back for our September meeting.
We have a speaker lined up for October. Rick Piercy, President and CEO of the Lew Center, will discuss their school and observatory. The Lewis Center operates both an optical and radio telescope.
