		<description>URGENT: The construction company working on the Duncan Road and Rosado Road area has begun work on the road but now that it has rained (it looks like they didn&#039;t think about this possibility or just didn&#039;t care)most people without all wheel/4wheel drive trucks are stranded and unable to get out of the area or back.  The construction company has elevated the dirt on the side of the road so now all of the rain runoff has created huge deep puddles on Duncan Road from Rosado all the way periodically to Oasis and in the wash area as well.  This is a huge inconvenience for us and many, many others in the area.  Please try and have this taken care of so that there is an adequate detour route for the residents. I have spoke with many residents, this is the case for many of us. I understand that alot of these roads are not maintained, which was okay, but the construction company is at fault here for having most of the rain runoff go directly onto Duncan Road soley becaue of their actions, they should have thought about this before making this situation horrible.
